There is something happening in the state of Michigan that is actually good.

What is that you ask?

Why it’s the Michigan Tea Party Convention that is happening this Saturday June 13th in Holt,Michigan. ( Just south of Lansing).

Continuing the momentum from the Tea parties on Tax day The New Patriot Revolution has organized a gathering of some of the best and brightest minds to discuss and mingle with those citizens who are concerned about the direction the country and the state are currently taking.

Well kids it is finally here. Thomas LaDuke begins to take over RFC Radio with his new show, Duke Over America. It will air Wednesdays at 9PM eastern and replay Thursdays at 9AM. Here is the show description, ripped directly from the RFC Radio website…..

The show is a fast moving informative program filled with our views on what is insane and humorous about the world we live in.Occasionally we will have guests and experts on to share their take on the events changing our country and the world.

We take a no holds barred approach to the issues of the day, and if we take any prisoners we will WATERBOARD them!!

A Letter to 1 Hour Martinizing Readers,

Well it has been a bad weekend for America. The stimulus package that could not wait, passed without you being able to read it. However, don’t feel bad about not reading it, not one member of Congress read it either.

The bigger and more important news is that I had to change the name of the blog. You see, 1 Hour Martinizing is actually a name of a franchise, who knew? Now that this blog has a following of several hundred thousands, I do not want to get dragged through the legal system. I will leave that to Democrats who try and sell Senate seats. So I changed the name.

Also, because of the tough economy, I had to lay off the 1234 people who brought you this fine example of the new media. It is just me now. Don’t worry, I still have the corporate jet.

RFC radio (Radio for Conservatives) launches today. I have added it to the blog, it is on the upper right hand corner. Click it and give her a listen!
