Liberals and the Word Fascist, Together at Last!
I hate the word fascist. Most people who use the word have no idea what it is like to live in a country unfortunate enough to live under the thumb of one. How often has the word fascist been used by a liberal to describe a conservative? Bush is a fascist! Cheney is a Fascist! McCain is a, oh wait they never said that. Even liberals know McCain isn’t a conservative.
Progressives worry that most conservatives are pro life AND Christian. They shout at us that we have no right to force our values on them. But I ask you, who are the people trying to change America and micromanage the way we live?

I give you a typical day in Liberal America. Imagine driving your non-black car that is the size of a golf cart to go pick up your three kids from a failing public school. Good luck getting the kids in your green Prius, maybe if they all hold their breath???
On the way home you want to buy some takeout food. Fast food is banned and so is trans-fat, whew thank you libs! Oh, if you want a soda with your non fast food meal, they will tax it to pay for universal health care. But if you ever get really sick you may die waiting to get treated, in which case they get to keep that money. It’s a win win!
In the car you can’t listen to conservative talk radio, which was banned because of the Fairness Doctrine. You will listen to NPR and like it comrade! Don’t worry; their special guest today is Reverend Wright.
As you pull into your condo with a roof painted white, you wonder what the temperature in your home will be. Remember, the government regulates that now. You would love to have a cigarette, but the smokers lounge for your condo community is in a cellar 3 blocks away. You don’t feel like walking that far without your iPod.
But at the end of the day, you can sit down and enjoy David Letterman make jokes about the statutory rape of a 14 year old girl. We will always have that….

Great article, way to research all of these stories. You paint a very clear picture of what our lives will be if Obama is not stopped. We have a fight on our hands, but I think we can persevere and win. I think all but the most hardcore leftists (which, due to them controlling the MSM, we hear them loudest) are not ready for what Obama is proposing. They are going to wake up.

I will acknowledge life moves pretty fast and indeed I have a lot to worry about. But I will kindly take that worry. I have my notebooks to manage things like my diet. I have alarms telling me when I need a oil change on my car(to thus make it safe/environ clean) I WANT to keep a budget to do all of this lest big brother keeps asking me to bail them out. Simple point is I will gladly take all that responsibility. I thought the point of school wasn’t just the studying in and of itself but to teach me self management skills. Stop telling me what eat, what to watch what to think. Let me do that and pay the consequences. Equal opportunity is not equal result.
And how is it those always slamming me for worry either have the expense to cover these fees(as much as they call the right the materialistic greedy whores) or they are not impacted. Easy for someone that lives rent free and doesn’t drive to have no issue with car registration fee or things like street parking by your home fees. But yeah if their lattes go up all in arms.
Please save me. I feel smothered and overwhelmed edgy and defensive. All the kids I grew up with not wanting to be told what to do and had all this ambition hand it all over instead now.
Are you crazy? Being liberal is not about controlling you, it’s about maintaining control over myself. I don’t want second hand smoke near me or anyone else? Why? Because it’s carcinogenic and has absolutely no benefit to anyone but RJ Reynolds. Second, you know who benefits from home schooling? White suburban kids whose parents fear the influence of anything urban on their white bread world. People in England don’t get shot to death, because no one has guns. Don’t be a fool for the Rush Limbaughs of the world. I don’t care what you do, speaking strictly as a liberal. Smoke yourself into oblivion, educate your kids at home, teach them how to shoot a .45 semiauto. As a liberal, I don’t care. And finally, the absence of any meaningful regulation is what has led us to this sad state in the economy and the rest of the world. Chill on the liberals dude. I just don’t want some right wing nut job writing the rules, ignoring the wrongs and keeping his finger on the button to Armageddon. I gave up being Republican. It’s like smoking. It’s hard to quit being conservative, but if you do a little something liberal everyday, like…read a book or have an anarchic train of thought or contemplate the relative positives of both communism and capitalism. All we liberals want is Republicans to write policy that is based in law and not ideology. And yes, I do equate Republicans with Christians.

Well I am glad you feel better. That’s what I am here for. I would love to agree with you that liberalism is about self control. But from what I see, liberalism condones any behavior and self control is not necessary. If it feels good do it.
I am not a fan of second hand smoke either. But if I spend $160,000 on a condo, I should be able to smoke because it is still legal. And if I buy a condo, I know that I am sharing walls with someone else. If I don’t like that idea, then I shouldn’t buy a condo.
And as far as your comments about reading books and Rush Limbaugh, both cute points. But contrary to what you think, we can actually read. Just because we don’t run to the book store and get all of our “facts” from books written by Michael Moore and Al Franken doesn’t mean we aren’t book smart. We just have different taste in authors than libs.
The fact of the matter is, as much as you don’t want conservative nut jobs writing the laws of this land, I don’t want libs telling me;
What car I can drive
What food I can eat
What school my kids can go to(I could go on and on about your opinions on homeschooling)
What I can listen to on the radio

As far as your opinion of the past 8 years , Bush was a disaster. I am not a Republican. But as bad as Bush was(except for that whole keeping us safe thing), Obama is Bush on steroids. In 2 years of Obama, we will rack up more debt than in 8 years of Bush. Not so hot.
